Project Coordinator - Data, AI & Analytics

About the Role

This position is for a UAE-based Project Coordinator who will work on-site with delivery teams focused on data, AI, and analytics initiatives. The role supports project managers in running end-to-end projects, keeping clients and technical teams aligned, and ensuring delivery is useful, measurable, and commercially sound. It is also a client-success oriented role, with responsibility for strengthening relationships and spotting opportunities to extend value beyond the original scope. Over time, this position is intended to build toward a project management career path within 1–2 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project manager across the full lifecycle of data, analytics, and AI projects.
• Keep project records complete, organized, and up to date throughout delivery.
• Help ensure work is delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Use recognized delivery approaches such as Agile, PMBOK, and Scrum where appropriate.
• Handle scope, timeline, and cost changes through structured checks, impact reviews, and formal approvals.
• Act as a client success point of contact during delivery to confirm value is being realized and to collect ongoing stakeholder feedback.
• Identify areas where additional support, improvement, or further collaboration may create more value for the client.
• Develop strong, trust-based working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables with internal teams and external technical partners with accuracy.
• Share regular progress updates, risks, and issue summaries with both clients and internal teams.
• Promote collaboration and accountability so the team stays focused on project goals.
• Support procurement-related work, including vendor contract handling, invoice milestone tracking, and follow-up on client payment processing.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills, especially for project documentation and formal business correspondence.
• High ethical standards, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and data protection.
• Must be based in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting or delivering data, AI, or software consulting projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex work with limited supervision.
• Understanding of value-focused delivery or customer success practices.
• Strong organizational ability with careful attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and solid stakeholder management capability.

Preferred Experience

• Background working with government or enterprise clients in the Gulf region.
• Exposure to senior executives or C-level stakeholders.
• Experience carrying out post-project reviews and capturing lessons learned.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or comparable platforms.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position in the UAE. The role sits within the Delivery Management department and reports to the Delivery Manager.
