The Community Impact team oversees initiatives that empower employees to invest their time and skills toward social causes, enhancing inclusion and collaboration within Cisco. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of a leading Community Impact Program experience for Cisco's global workforce of 90,000 employees.
• Manage and enhance engagement initiatives using the Community Impact Portal (Benevity platform) to streamline volunteer activities, fundraising, and donation matching processes.
• Evaluate and process employee requests for donation matches and eligible volunteer hours, ensuring compliance and alignment with program goals.
• Review and approve or decline volunteer opportunities proposed by employees.
• Address employee questions and provide assistance related to the Matching Gifts Program and the Community Impact Portal.
• Collaborate with Community Impact colleagues and broader teams to execute program administrative functions effectively.
• Assist community-focused global teams in utilizing the Community Impact Portal for their initiatives.
• Contribute to a supportive, cohesive team environment fostering high performance.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years’ professional experience within corporate social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or environmental, social, and governance (ESG) domains.
• Minimum 1.5 years managing Benevity’s Spark platform, specifically handling employee match requests, volunteer hours, and volunteer opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing.
• At least 1 year experience building Airtable bases and forms, managing SharePoint folders/sites, scheduling Webex meetings, and participating in Webex Spaces collaborations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Digital Marketing.
• Additional work experience in social impact, CSR, or ESG preferred.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a proven track record of building relationships and engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with natural rapport-building talent.
• Demonstrated community engagement or volunteerism or professional experience within the nonprofit sector.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments, with flexibility to shift focus as needed.
• Proficiency with tools including Airtable, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Compensation & Benefits

The projected starting salary range for U.S. and Canadian locations is $93,800 to $119,400 annually, with potential variation by specific geography, skills, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, disability insurance, life insurance, and eligibility for restricted stock units with vesting schedules.

Employees enjoy paid time off including 10 holidays annually, a floating holiday, personal wellness days, birthday leave, flexible vacation policies (varies by exempt status), sick leave starting at 80 hours per year, and additional emergency family leave. Volunteers may receive up to 10 paid volunteer days each year.

Non-sales roles may earn performance-based bonuses; sales roles have structured incentive compensation with escalated pay rates based on revenue achievement percentages.

Detailed salary ranges are available by state, with New York City metro area range from $93,800 to $137,300 and other locations such as non-metro New York State and Washington State ranging from $82,800 to $121,100.
