Professional Deep Cleaning Staff

About the Role

We seek a dependable and meticulous professional cleaner to become part of our team, focused on upholding immaculate, sanitary, and inviting spaces for our clients. This position involves performing routine cleaning duties along with specialized deep cleaning assignments to achieve superior cleanliness standards.

Primary Duties

• Maintain all surfaces by dusting, wiping, and polishing desks, tables, and similar fixtures.
• Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets and rugs.
• Manage waste by emptying trash bins, changing liners, and disposing of garbage and recyclables properly.
• Keep shared spaces such as common areas, break rooms, and reception tidy and orderly.
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and countertops in detail.
• Polish mirrors, glass surfaces, and metal fixtures to a spotless finish.
• Restock dispensers with soap, toilet paper, and paper towels to ensure availability.
• Control odors by emptying sanitary bins and applying fresheners or neutralizers as necessary.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing tile grout, baseboards, and difficult-to-access areas behind furniture or appliances.
• Carry out specialized floor treatments including carpet deep cleaning, floor buffing, and waxing periodically.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces like door handles, switches, elevator buttons, and shared devices intensively.
• Wash interior windows, glass partitions, and spot-clean walls to eliminate marks and stains.
• Clean and descale kitchen equipment such as microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee machines, while ensuring proper upkeep of cleaning tools.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Prior work experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or related areas is essential, with a preference for familiarity with deep cleaning methods.
• Understanding of various cleaning chemicals, their safe use, and fundamental hygiene protocols is required.
• Physical endurance to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift cleaning materials or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring thoroughness and quality in all cleaning tasks.
• Dependability demonstrated through excellent time management and consistent punctuality.
