ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily fabrication and welding workflows ensuring production goals and quality standards are achieved on schedule. This role demands coordinating across departments, managing personnel, and maintaining safety and organizational protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fabrication and welding activities.
- Assign tasks to welders, fitters, and helpers effectively.
- Ensure attainment of scheduled production targets.
- Maintain product quality according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Enforce safety compliance including PPE adherence and 5S methodology.
- Liaise with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Design teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor manpower usage, machine productivity, and material availability.
- Generate and maintain daily production reports and records.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or ITI with relevant fabrication experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments, including supervisory roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to interpret fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
- Competency in team leadership and production planning.
- Awareness of quality standards and safety protocols.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
