Role Overview
This position is for a bottle line operator in production. The role focuses on maintaining safe operations, protecting product quality, minimizing stoppages, and supporting smooth shift transitions and machine changeovers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a safe manner at all times and follow site safety expectations.
- Monitor product quality during production and identify defects arising on the line.
- Use practical troubleshooting skills and support basic machine maintenance.
- Reduce downtime by handling changeovers efficiently, including batch coding and clearance activities.
- Complete shift handovers properly with the reliever and communicate line status clearly.
- Ensure online rejects are cleared before handing over the shift.
- Carry out CIP and SIP activities as required for the process.
- Take ownership of batch changes and product changeovers on the line.
- Maintain personal hygiene and follow GMP standards applicable to the site.
Eligibility and Experience
Candidates should have a Diploma or a Graduate degree. The role is open to applicants with 2 to 3 years of experience.
