Production Helper

Job Overview

We are seeking diligent and dependable Production Helpers to contribute to the fabrication of warehouse racking systems and other steel-based products. This position supports various stages of manufacturing including welding assistance, material handling, packing, and loading tasks while ensuring adherence to safety standards and maintaining an orderly work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist welders and fitters during the fabrication and assembly of steel structures.
• Handle the loading, unloading, and transportation of raw materials and finished goods within the facility.
• Engage in cutting, drilling, grinding, and cleaning operations on steel components as needed.
• Sort, organize, and stack materials according to instructions.
• Support final product packaging and dispatch preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production floor.
• Work collaboratively under supervisor guidance as a member of the production team.
• Utilize safety gear and comply with all workplace health and safety measures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Physically robust and capable of managing manual labor tasks.
• Eager and open to learning fabrication and manufacturing techniques.
• Strong team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Punctuality and discipline in work habits.
• Ability to uphold safety protocols within a factory setting.
• Minimum education: completion of SSLC/10th grade preferred.
