Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Product Manager to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This key role involves shaping the product strategy for our SaaS applications, developing comprehensive roadmaps, and working closely with various teams to produce outstanding user experiences. A strong commitment to understanding customer requirements and driving product vision execution is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Lead the product lifecycle and roadmap formulation for SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product objectives are met.
- Apply Agile methodologies for product development.
- Conduct user research and utilize data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Communicate product requirements and vision effectively across different audiences.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management within the SaaS sector.
- Proven record of successful SaaS product launches and growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- A passion for user advocacy and understanding customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical knowledge or background related to software development.
- Familiarity with SaaS product management tools such as Jira and Trello.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
- Experience within the property technology (prop tech) industry.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range from $120,000 to $150,000.
- Three weeks of paid time off annually.
