Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a digital healthcare product and its lifecycle. This role involves leading delivery and ongoing enhancement of one or multiple healthcare capabilities, translating broad strategic priorities into clear product outcomes. You will collaborate with domain leadership, healthcare stakeholders, government bodies, vendors, and cross-functional teams including engineers and analysts. Adeptness at balancing product vision, delivery, and stakeholder priorities in a multifaceted environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert domain strategies into actionable product directions and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and KPIs.
• Develop and refine product vision in partnership with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead roadmap prioritization and manage backlogs considering business needs, technical feasibility, and resource limitations.
• Manage trade-offs across scope, timeline, budget, and risks ensuring a balance between feature growth, technical debt, and compliance.
• Oversee full delivery lifecycle, ensuring compliance with architecture, security, and engineering standards.
• Promote adoption of strong product, engineering, and DevOps practices to improve quality and scalability.
• Coordinate efforts among various teams and vendors to achieve delivery milestones.
• Monitor budget usage and resource allocation effectively.
• Lead change management initiatives to support product adoption and realize intended benefits.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams fostering ownership, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Measure and report on domain performance, ensuring KPIs and delivery targets are met.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements proactively.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, with significant expertise in product management, delivery, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead product outcomes, execute roadmaps, and align multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience navigating complex and multi-stakeholder settings.
• Exposure to healthcare or public sector environments is advantageous.
