Role Overview

Join as a Product Manager in the Core team, owning key aspects of the platform including the unified inbox, communication channels, and workflows that tens of thousands of users rely on daily. This role entails full product ownership from initial discovery through build, launch, and performance tracking. Collaboration is close-knit with the founder and Chief Product Officer, forming one of three focused product pillars: AI, Integrations, and Core.

Location & Work Mode

This position is based in Berlin with a hybrid attendance requirement: at least three days per week in-office and up to two days remote flexibility. Candidates must possess valid EU work authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle for the inbox, channels, and workflows, including discovery, specification, development, launch, and measurement.
• Engage weekly with customers through direct communication, collaboration with customer support teams, and data analysis.
• Lead a cross-functional team of 4-6 engineers and 1 designer, setting key metrics and driving their improvement.
• Deliver features that are intuitive and easy for customers to implement independently.
• Ensure the product meets quality standards, providing final approval before release.
• Drive product launches and awareness initiatives without a dedicated product marketing team, coordinating positioning, in-product messaging, and major presentations together with marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with AI and Integrations product managers on interrelated features.
