Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at our company in Singapore, you will be responsible for devising and implementing product strategies in alignment with corporate objectives and market trends within the Southeast Asia and Taiwan (SEAT) region. This includes conducting thorough market, competitor, and customer analyses to uncover growth opportunities and potential challenges.

Key Duties

• Develop and execute detailed product strategies tailored to regional demands and organizational goals.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from market introduction to phase-out, ensuring products remain competitive and current.
• Collaborate extensively with sales, clinical, regulatory, research and development, and supply chain teams to secure product-market fit and overall success.
• Lead execution of go-to-market plans, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional efforts.
• Prepare training resources and provide ongoing support to sales and clinical teams to enhance their product knowledge and positioning effectiveness.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, and end users to collect insights and foster robust professional relationships.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere strictly to internal policies and external regulatory standards.
• Monitor product performance metrics closely, revising strategies as necessary to satisfy revenue targets and boost growth.
• Oversee product marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Candidate Profile

• Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related disciplines; an advanced degree such as an MBA is favored for senior positions.
• Minimum of three to five years experience in product management or marketing, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of the medical device market, clinical environments, and regulatory requirements pertinent to SEAT or analogous regions.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities demonstrated through successful development and implementation of growth-oriented product strategies.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence to support informed decision-making.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging cross-functional teams, KOLs, and executive leadership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and capacity to work effectively across diverse cultures; self-motivated and goal-driven attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, matrixed work environment with frequently changing priorities.
• Technical competency to understand and communicate complex clinical and technical concepts.
• Awareness of industry compliance standards and ethical marketing practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Southeast Asia and Taiwan regions.
