About COS and Role Overview
COS is known for its elevated ready-to-wear and accessories offerings, combining luxury with craftsmanship, innovation, and trend-forward fashion. As a Product Manager in the AI, Analytics and Data (AIAD) team, you will be instrumental in guiding the creation, rollout, and upkeep of data-driven and insight-oriented products globally for COS. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams including Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, AI and Data Engineers, as well as key stakeholders to successfully develop high-quality AI and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to set the strategic vision, roadmap, and direction for data and insights product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demands.
- Work cross-functionally to gather product requirements, prioritize features, and manage delivery timelines through agile methodologies.
- Establish and manage KPIs/OKRs aligned with stakeholder expectations to foster a data-driven culture.
- Engage with various business units such as marketing, sales, merchandising, purchasing, logistics, and controlling to tackle a broad spectrum of challenges using data products.
- Serve as the domain expert in areas including sales, commercial activities, in-store operations, business controlling, and merchandising within the product team.
- Keep abreast of advancements in data management, advanced analytics, and AI technologies and assess their potential application in the organization.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Experienced professional with several years in roles such as Data Analyst, Product/Business Analyst, Controller, or Product/Project Manager with involvement in data analytics and product leadership.
- Strong understanding of lean-agile methodologies, product vision crafting, and roadmap planning.
- Proven ability to develop complete product strategies covering scope, roadmaps, and KPIs through all stages from concept to release.
- Skilled at analyzing business and customer needs and their impacts on product backlogs and development teams.
- Strong business acumen and data interpretation skills with the ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical and senior stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, open to different perspectives, and highly communicative.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Preferred but not required: Experience in retail domains such as retail sales, in-store analytics, merchandising, business controlling, and working with advanced analytics technologies.
