Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager specializing in Travel Services to lead our product management efforts. You will play a crucial role in setting product strategy, leading a team, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle to deliver innovative, user-centered travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the travel services product team, including hiring and performance management, to foster a high-performing and innovative environment.
• Set and execute a forward-looking product vision and roadmap, identifying new market opportunities and service models through thorough user and industry analysis.
• Manage all phases of the product lifecycle, from conception through launch and ongoing optimization, leveraging data and user insights to enhance business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, and Operations to ensure alignment and efficient product delivery.
• Own project timelines, quality standards, and product success metrics, guaranteeing exceptional user experiences and achieving key business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum five years of product management experience within the internet industry; background in travel, O2O (online to offline), or other complex service-focused products is highly advantageous.
• At least two years of experience managing product teams, proven in building and leading productive and innovative groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-department collaborations and influence key stakeholders.
• Expertise in both product innovation and product operations, equipped with a data-centric approach and a deep understanding of current market trends.
• Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications.
• Proven capability to take ownership, show resilience, and drive results under fast-paced conditions.
• Proficiency in English communication is beneficial.
