About the Role

Join Deutsche Post und DHL as a postman responsible for delivering letters and parcels on Wangerooge. This full-time position offers an immediate start on a fixed-term contract, working 38.5 hours a week with deliveries carried out five days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage of €17.92 according to collective agreement
Additional 50% Christmas bonus payable in November

Job Responsibilities

Deliver mail and parcels using company-provided equipment
Deliveries mainly on weekdays, five days between Monday and Saturday
Packages generally weigh less than 10 kg
Perform deliveries using company vehicles, including fully electric models

Requirements

Valid driver's license for passenger cars
Ability to communicate proficiently in German
Physically robust and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Dependable and dedicated approach to work
