Job description
About the Role
We are urgently seeking Warehouse Assistants, Pickers, and Packers to join a fast-paced E-commerce and Logistics company located in Ludhiana, Punjab. The positions focus on warehouse management, including inbound and outbound operations, stock handling, and order dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations efficiently.
- Conduct segregation and sorting of goods.
- Verify invoices accurately for inward and outward shipments.
- Maintain effective stock management and organize dispatch processes.
- Perform daily logistics activities related to warehouse management.
Work Schedule
The role operates in shifts: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with four weeks of off per year.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification ranging from 10th grade pass to graduate.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Compensation
Monthly salary of INR 15,000 CTC, with additional incentives.
