Job Overview

We are seeking diligent Picker / Packers responsible for accurately selecting and packing customer orders to maintain product quality and prompt delivery. This role involves inventory organization, restocking assistance, and cooperation with the operations team in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely pick items to fulfill customer orders.
• Pack products carefully, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Verify quantities and order accuracy prior to dispatch.
• Organize and keep warehouse/store inventory orderly.
• Support restocking and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
• Complete order processing within set timelines, collaborating closely with the operations team.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification of 10th pass, 12th pass, or graduate.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Good physical fitness to handle fast-paced work environment demands.
• Capability to work well within a team and possess basic communication skills.

Benefits and Compensation

• Monthly in-hand salary ranging from ₹16,500 to ₹21,000.
• Earnings can be supplemented by performance incentives up to ₹4,000.
• Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC).
