Picker Operations Specialist

About the Role

Keeta, operating independently under Meituan, is transforming food delivery services across multiple regions including Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As part of its expansion in the Grocery sector, Keeta is seeking a Picker Operations Specialist to establish and lead in-store fulfillment operations from inception.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee Keeta's Picker operations, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and daily management.
• Lead and mentor store Team Leaders to cultivate a high-performance frontline culture.
• Develop and refine training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality benchmarks focused on picking accuracy, product quality, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure operational consistency across stores through audits and performance evaluations.
• Optimize workforce planning using demand forecasting and trading trends.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as picking precision, fulfillment speed, labor productivity, and operational efficiency to foster ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Customer Service, Product, and Retail teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain strong partnerships with retail collaborators to solve operational issues and boost store results.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree with minimum three years' experience in retail, grocery, e-commerce, food delivery, or marketplace operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing frontline operational or fulfillment teams.
• Expertise in workforce planning, shift scheduling, training design, and performance management.
• Analytical and data-focused approach utilizing operational metrics to enhance team output.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI applications for operational planning or productivity enhancement is a plus.
