About the Role

Join our team as a Pharmacy Dispenser in Warrington, where customers are at the heart of all operations. Your working hours will be scheduled within provided availability windows, with at least three weeks' notice of your shifts, and roles with 12+ hours per week are available, though we guarantee a minimum of 16 hours weekly.

Working Hours Availability

• Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily functioning of a modern pharmacy as part of a cooperative team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medications while prioritizing attention to detail and customer service.
• Provide confident and friendly advice regarding medicines, common health concerns, and pharmacy services.
• Identify customers' needs and responsibly recommend appropriate products.
• Manage queries within your competence and refer complex issues to a pharmacist.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and adhere to all standard operating procedures.
• Ensure prescription documentation is completed accurately and punctually.
• Support store promotional activities and company initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Previous experience or relevant qualifications obtained from working in a pharmacy setting.
• Eagerness to train and grow within the pharmaceutical field.
• Strong commitment to customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with customers, ensuring a reassuring and positive pharmacy counter experience.
• Good judgment to make appropriate decisions, whether providing over-the-counter guidance, assisting with prescription queries, or escalating to the pharmacist.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset, focusing on open communication, collaboration, and celebrating team successes.
