About the Role
We are a dynamic railway transport company employing over 500 people, consistently ranking high in quality with the Bavarian Railway Company. Key Responsibilities- Planning and managing personnel deployment in adherence to legal and collective agreements
- Ensuring the implementation of schedule changes in duty rosters
- Maintaining punctual railway operations through precise daily scheduling
- Entering and correcting deployment data in the IT system
- Assisting with shift recording and performance accounting
- Recording any shift deviations
- Supporting invoice verification processes
Candidate Profile- Completed vocational training in commercial fields or equivalent
- Some professional experience in personnel scheduling preferred
- Familiarity with railway operational procedures is advantageous
- Excellent IT skills; ideally experienced with Trapeze or similar scheduling software
- High motivation, resilience, and capacity to handle stress
- Good understanding of working hours legislation
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and forward-thinking manner
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
