About the Role
Wafture Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Executive to strategize, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns primarily focused on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. This role demands hands-on management to enhance lead generation and drive conversions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee campaigns on Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max formats.
- Perform detailed research on target audiences, relevant keywords, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategy.
- Optimize campaigns aiming for improved lead quality, conversions, cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall profitability.
- Configure and maintain conversion tracking systems such as pixels and event monitoring.
- Analyze ad performance data and prepare periodic reports offering actionable recommendations.
- Experiment with various ad creatives, audience segments, keywords, bidding approaches, and landing page designs to maximize outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to craft effective advertising content and strategies.
- Keep abreast of the newest updates, policies, and best practices related to Meta and Google Ads platforms.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong expertise in campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion enhancement.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking techniques is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot campaign issues.
- Competence in managing advertising budgets with an aim to boost campaign efficiency.
