About This Opportunity
Cow Paradise India Private Limited invites applications for the role of Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Executive to join their expanding workforce. The candidate will be instrumental in delivering quantifiable growth across digital channels, handling paid advertisements, social media engagement, data analysis, content planning, and audience development. This position particularly welcomes female applicants.
Primary Duties
- Design, implement, and refine performance-driven marketing campaigns.
- Oversee advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
- Track key campaign metrics including budget management, conversions, and return on investment.
- Formulate strategies for audience segmentation, retargeting, and boosting conversions.
- Run A/B tests to evaluate creatives, target groups, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and content teams to produce effective marketing assets.
- Plan and deploy digital marketing initiatives for gaming, entertainment, and content brands.
- Enhance social media presence on channels including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Analyze marketing data and generate performance reports regularly.
- Identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and growth avenues.
- Contribute to influencer and creator marketing efforts.
- Conduct competitive analysis and explore new digital marketing tactics.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline marketing research, content production, and campaign outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 1 year of practical experience in performance, digital, or growth marketing roles.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns on Meta Ads.
- Understanding of Google Ads and online advertisement methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing funnels and optimization of conversion rates.
- Capability to analyze marketing metrics and apply data-driven strategies.
- Familiarity with social media content effectiveness.
- Strong verbal and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several campaigns under deadlines.
- Commitment to working full-time from the Kollam office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Documented success in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
- Experience handling substantial advertising budgets.
- Background in sectors such as gaming, entertainment, animation, children’s content, or influencer-led brands.
- Expertise in YouTube marketing and expanding audiences.
- Experience coordinating influencer marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of generative AI and AI-aided marketing processes.
- Understanding of tracking technologies including pixels and conversion rate improvements.
