Job description
Role Overview
Vault Logistics is looking for a diligent and proactive Performance Management Specialist to join its Human Resources department. The role involves overseeing performance management systems, promoting employee growth, and enforcing disciplinary measures in alignment with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete performance management lifecycle encompassing goal establishment, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration procedures, and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Track and ensure punctual completion of performance evaluations across departments.
- Interpret performance metrics to generate reports, dashboards, and actionable suggestions for leadership.
- Detect competency shortcomings and coordinate relevant learning and development programs to enhance staff performance.
- Design and supervise Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and assist in succession planning.
- Advise and coach management on performance evaluation, staff development, and delivering constructive critiques.
- Handle employee relations issues related to performance and workplace conduct.
- Conduct thorough administrative investigations into employee misconduct, grievances, policy breaches, and disciplinary concerns maintaining confidentiality and fairness per company and legal standards.
- Compile investigative reports, document findings, and suggest suitable corrective or disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and issue verbal, written, and final warnings ensuring consistent disciplinary documentation.
- Assist managers in addressing employee behavioral and performance challenges via coaching, counseling, and corrective strategies.
- Maintain confidential documentation regarding performance appraisals, disciplinary records, investigations, and development efforts.
- Ensure strict compliance with company regulations, Saudi Labor Law, and internal HR protocols.
- Support initiatives aimed at fostering employee engagement, accountability, and a positive working environment.
- Continuously evaluate and refine performance management and employee relations procedures to improve company effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
- Between three to five years of experience in Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Development, or general HR roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and established HR practices.
- Prior experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary actions is strongly advantageous.
