Role Summary
Mitrade is hiring a well-organized and proactive People Operations & Talent Coordinator for a 3/6-month contract in Singapore. The position supports both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, helping ensure a seamless experience for candidates and employees throughout the full lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to HR administration and employee data handling.
This role offers broad exposure to both talent and HR work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment process, including posting roles, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and handling candidate communication.
- Manage pre-employment and onboarding tasks such as collecting documents, completing reference checks, and coordinating new starter arrangements.
- Draft employment contracts, onboarding papers, and other employment-related letters.
- Keep recruitment trackers current and make sure candidate records are accurately maintained in the system.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal initiatives that support a positive, collaborative culture.
- Provide support with office administration, including supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities upkeep.
- Assist with work pass administration, including Employment Pass and Dependant Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations where relevant.
- Handle other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or office administration. Fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong planning and organizational ability, with a sharp eye for detail and the capacity to juggle several priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a service-focused approach.
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
