Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to deeply understand their strategic objectives and deliver tailored business partnership and coaching to managers and executives.
- Oversee organizational design and leadership development initiatives including team building activities that foster organizational change and promote growth.
- Proactively identify development needs at team, managerial, and organizational levels; recommend and execute key People processes like performance management cycles and post-survey action planning in conjunction with managers.
- Work integrally with People Center of Excellence teams to deploy scalable business solutions and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Drive the reinforcement and expansion of YouTrip’s culture throughout the organization as part of its ongoing growth strategy.
- Manage comprehensive performance management cycles and employee engagement survey processes year-round.
- Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters as necessary.
- Engage in and lead key projects as a proactive member of the broader People community.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years' experience in a People Business Partner role.
- Strong judgment capabilities with a proficiency in assessing business-related risks.
- Proven skills in project management and change management disciplines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated empathy and a track record in advancing workplace inclusion.
- Experience adapting and thriving in fast-evolving environments while building collaborative relationships across functions.
- Ability to analyze data to extract actionable insights that inform decisions.
