Your leadership will be crucial in transforming partner programs to enhance customer experience, accelerate product adoption, and significantly increase annual recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive planning cycles for the Partner organization, including resource allocation, operating expenses, objectives, KPIs, and incentive structures.
- Develop and maintain detailed revenue and capacity models to guide investment strategies and resolve complex problems through data analysis, converting insights into strategic recommendations.
- Establish and facilitate regular business rhythm meetings such as KPI and OKR reviews to enable timely, informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with business technology and data teams to specify needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver effective systems and analytical capabilities supporting the Partner program.
- Enhance partner-related processes by partnering with various teams to streamline onboarding, lead generation, and end-to-end partner experience.
- Continuously refine operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and introduce automation where appropriate.
- Design data-informed partner strategies, including tiering, incentive programs, and referral schemes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in data analytics and modeling, able to dissect ambiguous challenges and generate actionable insights.
- Strong process management skills with experience in creating efficient workflows and automation tools that boost operational effectiveness.
- A focus on measurable impact and ROI, adept at guiding leadership through benefit-risk analyses to support decision-making.
- Exceptional communication abilities to engage diverse audiences across organizational levels, including executives.
- Collaborative influence, comfortable working cross-functionally to drive outcomes and actively contributing hands-on when needed.
- Effective project management proficiency to translate strategies into clear action plans with defined milestones and stakeholder updates.
- A bias for fast, iterative execution, including designing pilots and scaling successful initiatives rapidly.
- Deep understanding of Partner and Consultant business models as well as Go-to-Market operations.
- At least ten years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or Consulting, ideally within the technology or SaaS sector.
- A curiosity for AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them to enhance work quality and efficiency, even without deep AI specialization.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Hands-on familiarity with Partner management systems.
- Advanced data analytics skills, statistical knowledge, and capability with SQL.
- Experience directly supporting senior leadership.
- Broader exposure to Go-to-Market operational areas such as Sales, Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Marketing Operations.
