Overview
We are seeking a Packaging Executive to efficiently manage order fulfillment and warehouse operations at Phoenix Enterprises located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves handling orders from multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website, ensuring precise packaging, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders from various marketplaces and verify product details such as quantity and SKU before packing.
- Print accurate shipping labels and invoices for all shipments.
- Package items following the company's standards, ensuring products are clean, undamaged, and appropriately labeled with proper packaging materials to avoid damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock movements post-dispatch, report low inventory levels, and organize warehouse stock methodically.
- Coordinate with courier services to schedule pickups and manage dispatch documentation and tracking to resolve any shipment issues promptly.
- Inspect returned products to identify damages or discrepancies, log return information, and assist with claims related to marketplace disputes.
- Keep the warehouse organized and ensure safe handling and storage of the products.
- Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain confidentiality, follow safety protocols, and promptly report operational concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable navigating marketplace seller panels, with training provided as needed.
- Good verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
- Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations is beneficial but not mandatory.

- Ensure timely dispatch of all daily orders as per platform timelines.
- Minimize errors in packaging and inventory handling.
