Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the operational strategy for the AI Agent product in Southeast Asia, focusing on market prioritization, user segmentation, growth channels, localization efforts, and setting operational rhythms.
- Identify and engage initial users within target markets, managing localized operations through diverse channels such as content, community engagement, and influencer collaborations, while validating effective growth approaches tailored to each market.
- Conduct user research and gather market insights to deeply understand how business users and knowledge workers in Southeast Asia utilize AI tools; design localized use cases and templates accordingly and ensure thorough feedback integration into the product development cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in user, content, community, or growth operations, with preferred hands-on exposure to Southeast Asian markets.
- Practical experience in planning and executing campaigns independently involving content, community, and influencer or key opinion leader operations.
- Familiarity with AI products, productivity software, SaaS platforms, or cross-border ecommerce tools, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of user workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to user data, enabling optimization of operational tactics based on activation, retention, and usage metrics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience leading early-stage user operations or initiating growth strategies in new countries or markets.
