Role Overview

The Operations Director position is a full-time, remote role focused on managing daily retail operations for MAINE'OPTIQUE. Responsibilities include overseeing operational workflows, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that store activities meet company standards and objectives. The role also encompasses team supervision and coaching, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, as well as managing inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation efficiently.

Key Duties

The Operations Director will develop and apply operational strategies, analyze operational data for continual improvement, and collaborate closely with company leadership to promote sustainable growth and maintain a superior customer experience.
