About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team focused on selling live plants through online platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. This role involves engaging customers, managing enquiries, and driving sales to promote our range of live plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell live plants via digital channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online media.
- Handle customer inquiries by recommending appropriate plants based on their needs.
- Engage potential customers with follow-ups and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- Process and verify customer orders accurately.
- Foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and earn commissions accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills are essential.
- Proficiency in English and at least one regional language is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous; familiarity with online sales via WhatsApp or Instagram is a bonus.
- Interest or foundational knowledge of plants is desirable.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
