- Use a handheld device to navigate the store, identify items to collect, and manage time for each order.
- Support the back-of-house process by handling customer questions, processing orders, and helping load vans for home delivery drivers.
- Provide helpful, friendly service to customers and offer assistance proactively whenever needed.
- Develop strong knowledge of products, services, and promotions so you can make useful recommendations.
- Be flexible and support different areas of the store as required.
What the role requires

- Ability to learn and use digital tools and technology effectively.
- Capability to move shopping containers weighing up to 15 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping the store tidy and clutter-free.
