Online Account Executive

Introduction

Join Snoonu as an Online Account Executive and play an essential role in empowering our restaurant partners through continuous commercial support. This position is part of a centralized portfolio management team, where executives collectively assist a sizable base of restaurant clients rather than owning individual accounts.

Role Overview

Your responsibilities will encompass responding to inbound merchant inquiries and proactively engaging with partners to help optimize their performance on the Snoonu platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for restaurant partners across multiple communication channels such as WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Respond promptly and professionally to partner questions related to using the platform, managing menus, promotions, advertising options, and account performance.
• Assist newly onboarded partners by guiding them through platform capabilities and effective usage strategies.
• Support payment-related questions by coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
• Handle escalated issues with professionalism and empathy, maintaining proper documentation and tracking until resolution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including Operations, Finance, Content, and Training.
• Engage proactively with partners to offer insights on boosting visibility, increasing order volumes, and enhancing overall results.
• Educate partners about growth tools like campaigns, offers, and menu optimization techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, call centers, or similar commercial functions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of inbound interactions within a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving abilities, and relationship-building skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, collaborative, and capable of multitasking to balance priorities effectively.
