About Patterson & Co Mortgage Services
Patterson & Co is an independent mortgage brokerage expanding rapidly in Dubai, providing clear, personal advice to homebuyers, homeowners, and property investors, while collaborating closely with real estate professionals throughout the UAE. We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Progressor to join our remote workforce on a full-time basis, playing a crucial role in supporting brokers and clients during mortgage processing.
Role Overview
The Mortgage Progressor will oversee the entire progression of mortgage applications from submission to completion, ensuring efficient case movement and keeping all involved parties informed. This includes liaising with brokers, clients, banks, and other stakeholders, monitoring documentation, and promptly addressing issues that may delay transactions.
- Manage and advance mortgage applications through various stages
- Coordinate communication with clients, brokers, banks, and related parties
- Track cases and follow up on pending documents or requirements
- Provide timely and proactive updates on progress
- Maintain precise and updated case records
- Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks affecting transaction timelines
- Assist brokers with administrative duties linked to their cases
- Ensure clients receive professional and responsive service throughout
Candidate Profile
Applicants must have prior experience specifically as a Mortgage Progressor. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and adept at managing multiple mortgage files at different stages simultaneously. Strong communication and administrative abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the confidence to engage persistently with various parties are essential. Experience with the UAE mortgage market is highly preferred.
