Modern Work Consultant – Teams Phone

Role Overview

If you have practical expertise with Microsoft Teams Phone and a passion for implementing seamless communication systems, this position offers the opportunity to craft modern voice solutions that impress clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy Microsoft Teams Phone solutions ensuring smooth telephony for clients.
• Design efficient voice architectures to enhance communication.
• Manage migrations from PBX environments to Teams Phone and maintain a secure, uninterrupted service.
• Integrate SIP trunks, VoIP components, and legacy telephony systems into Microsoft Teams, including configuration of Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
• Oversee number porting processes, guarantee solution stability, and ensure quality using Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) and Call Analytics.
• Contribute expertise in a secondary area such as SharePoint, Collaboration Governance, Power Platform, or AI solutions.

Secondary Specialties

• SharePoint: Organize digital workspaces, translate requirements into clear information structures, and assist with data migrations.
• Collaboration Governance: Define collaborative guidelines for Microsoft 365, establish roles and life cycles, ensure compliance, and implement practical standards.
• Power Platform: Develop integrated solutions that connect systems and optimize processes.
• AI Solutions: Enhance workflows with Azure AI and Copilot, embedding responsible AI usage in daily work.

Candidate Profile

• Experience with Teams Phone implementation and handling migrations from traditional PBX systems.
• Structured and solution-driven work approach paired with confident client communication.
• Curious mindset with enthusiasm for testing new technologies and innovating.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Collaboration tools like SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, or Copilot is advantageous.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
