Moderator of Orders Feed

Role Overview

Join our Safety Support Operations team in Nepal as a Moderator of Orders Feed, responsible for ensuring compliance and appropriateness of content and user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the moderation system continuously to maintain order and compliance.
• Identify and block users violating service policies promptly.
• Remove content that is inappropriate such as adult nudity, illegal goods, bullying, harassment, and hate speech.
• Maintain accurate records of inappropriate orders using Google Sheets as required.
• Create and update lists of words to be censored to maintain platform standards.
• Label various datasets to support safety and moderation efforts.
• Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned within the moderation scope.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Native or fluent proficiency in Nepali is essential.
• Intermediate English communication skills (B1 level preferred) for effective collaboration.
• Working knowledge of Hindi or Bengali is an advantage.
• Confident PC user with good technical skills.
• Deep understanding of cultural contexts to ensure content relevance and sensitivity.
