Join the team to actively enhance production and logistics by shaping the future of manufacturing and material flow processes through lean management, digitalization, and innovative automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation and digitalization initiatives in production and logistics environments.
- Optimize and standardize manufacturing and material flow procedures.
- Participate in lean management and continuous improvement projects.
- Introduce and advance MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), worker guidance, and data systems.
- Prepare technical documentation including requirements specifications, FMEA, and work instructions.
- Manage and coordinate projects involving internal teams and external partners.
Candidate Profile
- Completed technical university degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, production technology, automation technology, logistics, or industrial engineering.
- Professional experience in industrial engineering, lean management, or process optimization.
- Experience with digitalization, automation, or operational excellence is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and independent approach to work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills alongside proficient English language abilities.
