Job Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced Meta Ads and Google Ads specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns effectively. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in executing successful campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, alongside strong analytical and creative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Utilize Meta Ads Manager and other relevant Meta marketing tools proficiently.
• Develop and implement audience targeting and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign reach and efficiency.
• Create engaging and persuasive ad visuals and copy that resonate with the target audience.
• Analyze campaign data to interpret performance and provide actionable insights.
• Apply knowledge of tracking and attribution models to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage third-party analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and pixel tracking for comprehensive campaign monitoring.
• Communicate effectively and manage projects to ensure timely campaign execution and collaboration.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proven experience in managing successful Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and related marketing platforms.
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting methodologies.
• Creativity in designing appealing ad creatives and compelling copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Familiarity with tracking systems and attribution models to measure ad performance accurately.
• Experience using third-party analytics tools including Google Analytics and pixel tracking.
• Effective communication skills and project management capabilities.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between INR 15,000 and INR 30,000.
