Job Overview
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a vital role in ensuring products are properly stocked and attractively presented to customers, enhancing their shopping experience while maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement price updates, rotate products, and carry out special initiatives aimed at optimizing product displays to satisfy supplier requirements and improve customer appeal.
- Carry out merchandising strategies to ensure correct product placement that drives sales growth.
- Construct and maintain displays and fixtures using hand and power tools; refresh signage, brochures, and display materials as needed.
- Operate in teams under on-site supervision, servicing multiple store departments, involving physical tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift machinery.
- Foster strong working relationships with fellow store associates and deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and consumers.
Additional Information
- Work schedules include daytime and overnight shifts.
- Positions available both full-time and part-time.
