Medical Representative

About the Role

Ailvil Healthcare Private Limited seeks motivated Medical Representatives to energetically promote its pharmaceutical products. The role involves extensive fieldwork in the Rajkot, Gujarat area, engaging with healthcare professionals and ensuring the company’s product availability in the market. Both freshers and individuals with up to three years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.
• Promote pharmaceutical products and facilitate prescription generation.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Establish and sustain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Carry out market research and provide insights on competitors' activities.
• Guarantee product availability at pharmacies and stockist locations.
• Submit daily activity and sales performance reports.
• Participate actively in training sessions and promotional campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate degree such as B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, B.Com, BA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience ranging from no prior work (freshers) to up to 3 years in pharmaceutical sales or marketing roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proven sales and negotiation capabilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with an aptitude for independent work.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned geographic area.
• Must possess a personal two-wheeler vehicle and hold a valid driving license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between 15000 to 22000 INR.
