Mass Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Mass Recruitment Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team at Dyninno Group based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This role focuses on executing high-volume hiring activities for our contact center, handling the full recruitment process to secure 50 to 60 qualified candidates each month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment funnel for large scale hiring
• Source and attract candidates effectively for contact center roles
• Maintain efficiency to meet tight deadlines while reducing candidate drop-out rates

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 6 months experience in mass recruitment, high-volume sourcing, or agency recruitment
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek languages
• Preferred prior recruitment experience for BPO, call center, or retail sectors
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
