Marketing, Customer Support, and Sourcing Executive - Electronic Components

Our client is a fast-growing multinational distributor specializing in electronic components with a strong presence across Hong Kong, China, ASEAN countries, and India. Headquartered in Hong Kong, they operate through over 25 regional offices including locations like Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Singapore, Malaysia, and India, and employ more than 500 professionals. The company offers comprehensive services including technical support, logistics, buffer stock management, and complete supply chain solutions for customers throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with suppliers to secure price quotations and manage sample requests efficiently.
• Maintain and regularly update the pricing database to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to facilitate daily operational activities.
• Work closely with the Singapore Middle East team to provide timely information supporting seamless order processing.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience within the electronic components sector.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of taking initiative independently.
• Exhibit a friendly personality and maintain a positive work attitude.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Able to work autonomously as well as effectively in a team environment.
