Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in elevating our brand visibility and engagement to attract new patients while reinforcing relationships with current ones. This position involves a broad range of duties including crafting digital marketing campaigns, developing creative content, organizing events, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Generate innovative and engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and website updates.
• Plan and manage marketing events and promotional activities to engage our audience effectively.
• Track and assess marketing data to refine campaigns and identify new avenues for growth.
• Drive programs aimed at boosting referrals and promoting wellness initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to maintain consistent branding and communications.

Requirements

• Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related domain, although relevant prior experience is also valued.
• A strategic thinker skilled in using data insights to enhance engagement and growth.
• Experience with multiple marketing platforms and an aptitude for fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Location and Work Model

This role is based in the dynamic Washington DC area and offers a hybrid work model balancing virtual flexibility with on-site involvement. Key responsibilities will require presence at any of Kaizo Health’s four clinics located in Landover, Fort Washington, Rockville, and Fairfax. This position suits individuals who enjoy a mix of remote and face-to-face collaboration and wish to be closely involved in hands-on marketing activities.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16 to $20.
