Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Kolkata seeks a Maritime Crewing Officer responsible for managing crew recruitment, scheduling, and deployment aboard vessels. The role includes ensuring compliance with maritime standards, maintaining accurate crew documentation, and facilitating effective communication amongst seafarers and relevant parties. Additionally, the officer will manage crew welfare, coordinate training sessions, and assist with onboarding to promote operational efficiency and readiness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience handling crew management, recruitment, and scheduling tasks.
• Familiarity with maritime regulatory compliance, certifications, and labor laws.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication capabilities.
