Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Provide leadership as an experienced Managing Director or senior Operations leader within SME engineering manufacturing firms.
Take charge of steering the business forward, focusing on growth and operational excellence.
Manage profit and loss responsibilities within an SME manufacturing context.
Lead the development of company strategy, nurture positive company culture, and improve processes and procedures.
Apply an engineering background gained through formal qualifications prior to starting professional experience, which is preferred.
