Maintenance Technician

About the Role

This position plays a vital part in ensuring an excellent customer and employee experience at the restaurant by maintaining the upkeep of areas accessible to both. It involves receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, performing routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and building systems, and upholding food safety and storage standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of areas accessed by customers and staff to create a memorable visit.
• Unload deliveries and replenish stock to ensure continuous availability of necessary items.
• Conduct regular maintenance and safety inspections of restaurant equipment and building infrastructure.
• Ensure that maintenance practices comply with and exceed food safety and storage quality standards.
