Role Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Maid/House Help with flexible opportunities for both part-time and full-time engagement. The role involves providing comprehensive domestic support across various household tasks.

Core Responsibilities

Onboarding and Training

Registration and interview are required for selection. Successful candidates will undergo a short training program lasting three days. During training, participants receive a daily stipend, and upon completion and starting their duties, an additional reward is provided.

Training Perks

• Training allowance of ₹200 per day.
• Completion reward of ₹300–₹500 after first duty via WorkSetu.

Applicant Requirements

• Females aged between 18 to 40 years are preferred.
• Both newcomers and those with experience in similar roles are welcome.
• Ownership of a smartphone is essential for communication and job coordination.
• Submission of Aadhaar card, bank passbook, and active mobile number is mandatory.

Work Process

Employees will check in at the nearest company hub or designated store according to their scheduled shift. Assignments are distributed based on availability.

Additional Information

Salary ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 per month for part-time positions and ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month for full-time roles.
