Logistic Officer

Overview

Titan Albania is hiring a Logistic Officer for its plant in Krujë, Durres. This position supports the Sales Department and is focused on keeping shift operations running smoothly while also handling the receipt and processing of incoming materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside security staff to keep access, parking, and dispatch activities organized and efficient.
• Cover logistics operations across rotating shifts to maintain 24/7 support.
• Record drivers and oversee truck movement in TSI, following each case through to invoice creation at exit.
• Change delivery assignments when needed after a truck has entered the site.
• Prepare and control RFID badges for drivers.
• Track cement inventory levels and share any operational concerns with Sales Administration.
• Keep truck, driver, and transporter records accurate and up to date in SAP and TSI.
• Prepare loading orders for packed cement and carry out sales, delivery, and invoicing tasks.
• Make sure invoices are fiscalized correctly and use S-Connect whenever needed.
• Handle purchase orders for incoming raw materials through TSI.
• Verify weighing, paperwork, and net weight calculations for inbound goods.
• Work with Production and Sales Administration to solve issues related to material receiving.
• Take on any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• A university degree is required.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP is expected.
• Background in sales operations is needed.
• Experience using TSI and/or LEON systems is important.
• Good working ability in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Comfort using Outlook and Microsoft Teams is expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with S-Connect is an advantage.
• Basic skills in printing and document handling are needed.

Additional Information

This is a plant-based, full-time position with onsite work in Krujë, Durres, Albania. The role is part of the Sales Department and includes shift work to provide round-the-clock logistics coverage.
