Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Leasing Manager position based in the Riyadh Region entails managing all aspects of lease negotiations and administration. The role includes drafting, reviewing, and sustaining lease agreements, managing relevant administrative leasing functions, as well as performing market research to discover new leasing opportunities and monitor trends. Additionally, the Leasing Manager will oversee property management duties and foster strong tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in lease administration processes including drafting and managing lease contracts
• Skilled in conducting thorough market analysis to pinpoint trends and leasing opportunities
• Knowledgeable in property management standards and practices
• Capable of developing tenant engagement strategies to promote retention
• Strong negotiation abilities supported by excellent communication and organizational skills
• Awareness of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a closely related discipline
• Experience within retail or commercial property leasing preferred
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous
