Your role
In this position, you will design modern learning experiences and create innovative development solutions that strengthen employees’ professional and personal growth while supporting the company’s strategic HR priorities.
- Together with internal stakeholders, you will identify learning needs through methods such as conversations, surveys, and performance data, then translate them into tailored learning solutions, training concepts, and competency development measures.
- You will work closely with specialist teams, grow into a trusted partner for modern learning, and advise on digital tools, AI-enabled learning approaches, and innovative learning methods.
- You will take ownership of the design and rollout of new learning programmes and digital learning solutions, support the introduction of new AI tools from a learning perspective, and help drive change and communication activities with HR, IT, and Communications.
- You will review feedback and key metrics, continuously improve learning offerings, and make sure digital, AI-based, and regulatory requirements are meaningfully embedded into learning processes.
What we are looking for
You should have a completed degree in HR, education, psychology, business, or a similar qualification. Initial professional experience in Learning & Development, people development, or a comparable role is expected, ideally including experience in designing digital learning offerings.
We are looking for someone who is interested in digital technologies and AI applications, is willing to explore new tools and trends, and can apply them in practice. Early experience in project and stakeholder management, along with enjoyment in working with different business functions, is also important.
A structured, self-driven working style, strong communication skills, and very good written and spoken German and English are required.
