Key Duties

Manage regional workforce development initiatives by identifying employer needs and supporting career pathway programs aligned with partner priorities.

Create and refine program launch documents including schedules, stakeholder roles, communication strategies, checklists, and processes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Proven experience in project coordination, workforce development, educational programming, healthcare training, or related community programs.

Experience cultivating partnerships with employers, organizations, or community stakeholders.
