Overview
This position, representing a partner organization, seeks a Lead Regional Coordinator based in the United States to spearhead regional education and workforce projects that facilitate career growth within healthcare. The role requires managing strategic partnerships, launching programs, and developing pathways to help learners meet professional objectives. It integrates project leadership, stakeholder engagement, learner coaching, and operational oversight to ensure impactful outcomes aligned with workforce demands.
Key Duties
- Manage regional workforce development initiatives by identifying employer needs and supporting career pathway programs aligned with partner priorities.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with employers, workforce allies, internal teams, and external entities through ongoing communication and collaboration.
- Create and refine program launch documents including schedules, stakeholder roles, communication strategies, checklists, and processes.
- Oversee regional projects that involve multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery within scope and alignment to strategic goals.
- Support employer partnership endeavors such as workforce planning, outreach, presentations, and program execution.
- Advise learners on career and educational development by aiding goal-setting, addressing barriers, and crafting actionable plans.
- Contribute to workforce strategy through preparation of presentations, reports, and materials conveying relevant insights.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new regional staff by promoting knowledge transfer and teamwork.
- Handle program budgets, reports, and grant compliance with accurate documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive learner records, enrollment information, and reporting data utilizing internal systems.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication leveraging collaboration tools to ensure efficient information flow and follow-up.
- Identify operational issues and propose enhancements to increase program efficiency.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination, workforce development, educational programming, healthcare training, or related community programs.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain stakeholder relationships concurrently.
- Experience cultivating partnerships with employers, organizations, or community stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting meetings, delivering presentations, and fostering diverse relationships.
- Capability to produce clear documentation, operational procedures, reports, and program materials.
- Background in learner support, coaching, career guidance, or educational advising.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and management of complex workflows.
- Experience with data management, reporting tools, or CRM systems like Salesforce preferred.
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Wrike, or equivalents.
- Self-directed with sound judgment suited for fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% for meetings, events, and partner visits.
- Residency within Oregon, Colorado, or Nevada is mandatory.
