Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist passionate about identifying new business opportunities and initiating customer engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to discover potential companies via LinkedIn and internet research, locate key decision-makers, engage with them to assess their interest, and schedule product demonstrations. Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team will handle interactions after demos are booked.
Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality B2B leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and other digital resources.
- Pinpoint founders, business owners, and other decision-makers within target companies.
- Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, and various outbound communication channels.
- Assess prospects based on their business requirements and potential fit.
- Arrange product demonstration appointments with qualified and interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system and conduct follow-ups diligently.
- Collaborate closely with the SDR team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong research and prospecting skills to identify suitable leads.
- Confidence in engaging and conversing with business decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and persistent in meeting goals.

No formal educational degree or specific certifications are necessary. The focus is on demonstrable experience in lead generation, prospect communication, and scheduling meetings.
