About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive to become part of our expanding team in Dubai. The main responsibility is to identify and cultivate qualified business leads, especially focusing on companies within Saudi Arabia.
Primary Responsibilities
- Generate and identify premium B2B leads via multiple digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct thorough research on potential companies and decision-makers throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Engage in outbound outreach through telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication tools.
- Assess and qualify leads, arranging meetings for the sales representatives.
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management system up to date with detailed and accurate prospect data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to fulfill lead generation goals.
- Monitor outreach initiatives and regularly report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
Requirements
- Location: Dubai, UAE-based candidates only.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in lead generation, business development, telesales, or inside sales roles.
- Prior experience focusing on the Saudi Arabian market is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interaction skills.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and other lead generation resources is beneficial.
- Highly self-motivated and demonstrated success in meeting key performance indicators and targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the GCC region, with emphasis on Saudi Arabia.
- Proven B2B sales and lead prospecting skills.
- Strong abilities in research and data analysis.
